I love learning new tricks. This is called Out of Bounds Photography in which the main subject of the image appears to be coming out of the image and renders a three-dimensional feel. This takes a bit more time than regular image enhancement but not too much more. The hardest part is extracting the subject from the original image. You need to know how to use layers thoroughly and masking software or have a steady hand if you’re applying the mask free hand. I added the gradient background to complete the 3D feel and don’t forget the shadowing below the subject. 3-D is all about sculpting the light.
